What data does the plugin use?
It uses your Instagram insights and media—the performance signals and posts you authorize—structured so Claude can read and reason over them. We request only what the workflow needs.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
You need a Claude account that supports plugins or MCP for the path you choose. Check Anthropic’s current documentation for your tier if you are unsure.
How do hooks come from transcripts?
We align your Reels (or other video) with transcripts so the opening lines—your hooks—are plain text you can sort, tag, and compare to saves, reach, and the rest of your metrics.
Does King’s Cross Labs store my Instagram login?
You authenticate with Instagram through the documented flow; credentials are not something we need on our servers for you to run the plugin in your own environment. See the install guide for where tokens live on your machine.
Can I use this outside Claude?
The primary experience is Claude plus the bundled skills. The MCP server exposes the same capabilities to other clients that support MCP, so you can wire it into compatible tools.
